These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vianda app. By downloading or using Vianda, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Vianda

Vianda is a personal cooking companion that learns your taste and helps you find, adapt, and plan recipes. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial cooking. Don't misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law.

Recipes and AI content

Vianda uses AI to generate, parse, and adapt recipes. AI output can be wrong. Always use your own judgment in the kitchen, especially around allergies, dietary needs, food safety, and cooking temperatures. Vianda is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice, and we don't guarantee that any recipe is accurate, safe, or suitable for you.

Vianda Pro subscription

Vianda Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited discovery, recipe adapting (Make It Yours), meal planning, and photo import.

  • Title: Vianda Pro
  • Length: the subscription renews automatically each period (for example, monthly or yearly) until you cancel. The exact length and price are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy.
  • Price: the current price, billing period, and any introductory offer are displayed in the app at the point of purchase, in your local currency.
  • Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing and canceling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it ends.

Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we don't handle your payment details.

Your content

Recipes you save and the taste data you build stay yours. You can erase everything from Profile → Reset App at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Disclaimers and liability

Vianda is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any outcome related to food you prepare.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the date above and post the new version here. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
